Orders placed before 1PM are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1PM usually leave on the next working day.

Due to the nature of fragrance samples, opened DNA Boxes cannot usually be returned. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact EAUTRE and we will help resolve it.
